- When I called American Tree Service, I expected to talk to the owner. But, his wife answered, Nichole, she was very sweet, organized and you can tell she cares about their clients. She took down my information and said "Matt would call me back as soon as he was finished with his project for the day". As soon as he sat in his truck, he called and said he would be at my house at 3 pm and he showed up at 2:45?! It is rare to find a contractor who cares about his client as much as his business! Not only did he give me a great deal on the tree that was threatening to take out part of my house with the next storm; he was extremely clean throughout the entire operation. I didn't have a single limb to clean up after this stellar business. American tree service lives up to the standard that every contractor should! I will recommend American Tree Service to everyone I know. I would also like to say, Mr. Baker is such a personable and informed man. I had such an amazing time talking to him and picking his brain. - I highly recommend Matthew! He arrived on schedule for the estimate and spent time explaining the work to be done on our large oak tree in our backyard. Very, very knowledgeable! He arrived with his crews on the day the work was to be completed. When we arrived home, not only had he done an excellent job pruning our oak tree, he cleaned up all of the tree branches and all of the leaves they had blown off of our roof. - Matthew not only pruned a couple of our young trees but also provided a wealth of information about pruning technique and tools so that we may be able to do subsequent maintenance ourselves.
